At Megatros Pvt Ltd, we aim to keep billing simple, fair, and transparent. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations work, when billing corrections may apply, and what to do if you notice a billing issue.
This policy applies to subscriptions and paid services purchased directly through us. If you purchased through a third-party platform or partner, their billing and refund rules may also apply.
We may offer a free plan or trial from time to time. Since no payment is collected for free access, no refund applies to those plans.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a monthly subscription is purchased or renewed, no refunds or credits will be issued for that billing period, including in cases of partial use, non-use, or early cancellation.
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Once an annual subscription is purchased or renewed, no refunds or credits will be issued, including for unused months, early cancellation, or change of mind.
All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
If you cancel your subscription, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation only stops future renewals. It does not create a refund or credit for the current billing cycle.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed, that renewal payment will still be non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
We may send a confirmation by email once the cancellation is processed.
If you believe you were charged by mistake, charged more than once, or billed after a valid cancellation, please contact us promptly.
Verified duplicate payments or genuine billing errors may be corrected and, where applicable, refunded to the original payment method.

If a billing issue is approved as a genuine error, any correction will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
To keep this policy fair for everyone, we reserve the right to deny claims in cases of repeated abuse, excessive disputes, chargeback misuse, or attempts to obtain access to paid features in bad faith.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update means you accept the revised policy.
